This Sunday there will be a theatre performance about the life
of a street child followed by a dialogue with the city governor,
city mayor, DoLSA (Department of Labour and Social Affairs) where
street children will be given the chance to ask questions and raise
their concerns. The activity will be covered by a local government
TV station in Herat. These activities have been organized by
War Child, together with other local and international NGOs
including SDO (Sanayee Development Organisation), World Vision,
Aschiana, UNICEF, AIHRC (Afghanistan Independent Human Rights
Commission), WASSA (Women Activities and Social Services
Association).
